(VIDEO) Wawrinka apologies for throwing towel directly at fan in hilarious video

Stan Wawrinka lost out to Max Purcell yesterday at the Cincinnati Open, but the adoring fans of the former Grand Slam champion were out in force at his previous match.

Many stayed to the end including one who got hit by a towel. One fan asked for his towel and it hit them square in the face. This gestured some to comment that they will be getting 'pink eye' .

It also saw the Swiss gesture it in his Instagram post. "Oops, sorry for the towel. Bring back that energy tonight."
