Following the captivating
Cincinnati Open final between Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz, retired American tennis pro Mardy Fish had some choice words after seeing a tweet related to the match.
Djokovic defeated Alcaraz in a thrilling encounter that lasted almost four hours, pulling off a 5-7 7-6(7) 7-6(4) victory to add yet another Masters 1000 title to his resume.

Upon completion of the match, it was discovered that this was the first time the Cincinnati Masters final had been decided in a third set tiebreak since 2003. In that fateful encounter, former World No.1
Andy Roddick recorded a 4-6 7-6(3) 7-6(4) win over Fish, who tweeted a humorous response when the fact was brought to light.
"We do not need to tweet the result," wrote Fish.
The 41-year old had an accomplished career, reaching a career-high of World No.7 in 2011 before retiring in 2015.
