"Wim Fissette is a great coach" says Osaka after dominant win in Melbourne

Naomi Osaka dominated in her 2nd match in Melbourne against Marina Zanevska winning 6-1 6-1 and after the match, she shared how happy she was.
Osaka played her best match since the 2021 Australian Open completely destroying Zanevski in a little over an hour. Osaka has been looking really good in Melbourne after a 4-month layoff and it just shows how comfortable she is with the conditions and the court. The Japanese player admitted after the match that playing matches is doing her good as well as working with her coach:
“I feel like I'm the type of player that gets better with matches, but Wim [Fissette]'s a really great coach. I think we get along really well. Me and my whole team, we have really good chemistry and he really understands me really well, so I'm honoured to have him as my coach."
Her next match will come against Petkovic who is playing really good tennis early in the season as well. Asked about that matchup she said:
“I just know she's a really good player and I just remember watching
her do her little dances after she won. I don't want to see that tomorrow, but yeah, I'm just really happy to be out here, so hopefully we play a good match tomorrow.”
