Alexander Zverev not only diminished his previously poor record at the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati by winning the title on Sunday evening but also achieved some other statistics.
This included becoming the only two time winner this year on the Masters 1000 series.
So far, it has been Hurkacz, Tsitsipas, Nadal, Medvedev and double triumph for Zverev in Monte Carlo and Cincinnati.
But not only that but he has also joined some elite company on the Masters 1000 titles leaderboard.
This includes Boris Becker, Jim Courier, Andy Roddick and Marat Safin. His next sight will be Michael Chang with seven.
