What a miserable person wrote this headline. Came back from 3 surgeries and raised her ranking feom outside top 300 to inside top 60, from what, 13 tournaments? That’s not a miserable season for a comeback😂

It's always a sad note when anyone SELLS OUT on their hobby or sport. Doing so with these murderous, secretive, Saudi oppressors of women makes it embarrassing. Money cannot instill 'passion' in potential fans; money cannot force players to 'enjoy' their participation simply because hey are being paid millions upon showing up; money cannot gaurantee a future. What money can (and does) do is distract otherwise intensely focused athletes, money can entice people to go against their better judgement for a buck; money can potentially harm any given sport and has done so -- or at least caused concern for its future.
