The captains for Team Europe and Team World are Björn Borg and John McEnroe, respectively.

Some of the players confirmed for Team Europe in the 2023 edition are Stefanos Tsitsipas, Andrey Rublev, and Holger Rune. For Team World, some of the confirmed players are Félix Auger-Aliassime, Taylor Fritz, Frances Tiafoe, and Nick Kyrgios.
