Sharapova and fiance Alexander Gilkes visit 2023 Miami Grand Prix

Maria Sharapova traveled with her husband Alexander Gilkes to the 2023 Miami Grand Prix.

The event is an F1 race, in which the best drivers in the world will compete on Sunday, May 7th, at the Miami International Autodrome, as the fifth race of the 2023 F1 World Championship.

Sharapova shared images of her visit to the Hard Rock Stadium with her husband, where they toured and watched the practice, and the 5-time Grand Slam champion took to her social media to share the moment: "Practice day @f1 Miami," Sharapova wrote on her Instagram stories with a picture of her watching the practice.

Russian former tennis player showed several pictures and videos of her and her husband experiencing the practice races and teams changing tires on their pit stops.

Former world No. 1 gave a talk among a distinguished list of speakers, including Sharapova and 7-time F1 champion Lewis Hamilton. The talk she gave was particularly about positive changes made in the women's sports industry and the challenges for the future.
