Alex de Minaur's girlfriend and fellow tennis pro,
Katie Boulter playfully disowned him after he showed a different side with a funky dance routine during the
Ultimate Tennis Showdown in Oslo.
In keeping with the tournament which sees quarters played instead of games and sets and cards used to impact plays, it is a fun spin on tennis devised by Patrick Mouratoglou, former coach of Serena Williams and Simona Halep which De Minaur is playing between February 9-11.
De Minaur was facing Gael Monfils and sealed the deal 15-12, 17-8 and 16-9 in a game that had everything including the Frenchman getting disqualified. But it was also De Minaur's celebration that stole the show. He showed his hips don't lie as the Shakira song goes, but his girlfriend wasn't so much of a fan.
The British No.1 who has been in a relationship with De Minaur for four years jokingly reshared the video and said: "Someone come get their boy because he's not mine."
After playing in UTS, De Minaur will then head to Rotterdam where he will face Sebastian Korda in his opening clash.
