The big hero of the weekend, Jack Draper, continues to receive greetings and congratulations, and now none other than the Princess of Wales has joined in, marking one of the highlights of this Monday in a new Daily Dose of Social Media.

Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic arrived at Indian Wells and was seen in his first training session at the Hard Rock Stadium with Andy Murray. He was also spotted greeting Coco Gauff and Jasmine Paolini. The Serbian also took a photo with Aryna Sabalenka later that night. Check out this and other moments of the day, including Carlos Alcaraz, Serena Williams, and more.

“Fantastic performance!”: Princess of Wales praises Jack Draper’s Indian Wells win

Jack Draper’s achievement over the weekend, winning the Indian Wells title, sparked reactions worldwide. However, one of the most notable came from the Prince and Princess of Wales, who sent their congratulations via social media. Princess Catherine is one of the most distinguished faces of the British royal family and attends Wimbledon every year in Great Britain.

Draper became a national pride after surprising everyone with his first Masters 1000 title, knocking out favourites like Taylor Fritz, two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, and Danish star Holger Rune in the final. "Congratulations, Jack. A fantastic performance. Well done. C 👏 🏆,” the official account posted on X.

Alcaraz shares behind-the-scenes moments from Indian Wells

Carlos Alcaraz shared a series of photos from his time at Indian Wells in his personal “camera roll,” offering a first-hand look at his days at the tournament. The snapshots included his visits to the golf course, training sessions, and some fun moments with his inner circle. The Spaniard even received comments from fellow players, including Matteo Berrettini, Luciano Darderi, and Novak Djokovic’s coach, Andy Murray.

The world No. 3 was the two-time defending champion at Tennis Garden but fell in the semifinals to eventual champion Jack Draper. Alcaraz will now have to put his Indian Wells result behind him — which surely left him unsatisfied — as he’s already in Miami preparing for the upcoming Miami Open. He won the tournament in 2022 and hopes to improve on his 2024 result, where he was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Grigor Dimitrov.

Serena Williams mixes cooking and family life in latest social media posts.

Serena Williams has often shown her love for cooking, one of her greatest hobbies since she ended her career back in 2022. The 23-time Grand Slam champion has recently been particularly active on social media, sharing some of her cooking posts and, as usual, photos with her husband and daughters, Olympia and Adira. The former world No. 1 also revealed what will be a new clothing collection she designed in collaboration with the brand Janie and Jack — a children's clothing line that will feature the legendary ex-tennis player's daughters as its new ambassadors.

Azarenka tries polo with legend Adolfo Cambiaso

Victoria Azarenka was seen enjoying a new sport ahead of the start of the Miami WTA 1000. In the Florida city, the former world No. 1 spent time with polo legend Adolfo Cambiaso, having fun with the new experience.

In a post shared across her social media, the Belarusian published a variety of photos and videos showing her horseback riding and receiving a jersey with the number one from the polo star, who has competed for La Dolfina since the early 2000s. “First polo experience, with the legend @adolfocambiaso1 🐎 🇦🇷” she posted.

Azarenka recently fell in the second round of Indian Wells at the hands of China’s Qinwen Zheng. So far in 2025, she hasn’t managed to win more than two consecutive matches, experiencing a rather inconsistent start to the year. Her next challenge will be Miami, where she’ll debut against Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina at the Hard Rock Stadium.

Djokovic hits the practice courts in Miami and meets Sabalenka

Novak Djokovic is back on the practice courts at the Miami Open, marking his first appearance at the tournament since 2019. The 24-time Grand Slam champion hit the main court alongside his coach Andy Murray as they worked on rediscovering his best serving form and getting his season back on track after two consecutive first-round exits at the Qatar Open and Indian Wells.

The former world No. 1 was even spotted greeting some of his WTA colleagues as he entered the court — 2023 US Open champion Coco Gauff, who was finishing her own training session, and two-time Grand Slam runner-up Jasmine Paolini.

It’s just the beginning of Djokovic’s Miami preparation, with his debut set for Thursday or Friday against the winner of Rinky Hijikata and his protégé Hamad Medjedovic, the former Next Gen ATP Finals champion. Djokovic played a crucial role in Medjedovic’s career, covering the young Serbian’s expenses during his junior years.

The Serbian also took a photo with female world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka, who recently arrived in Miami after her defeat in the Indian Wells final against teenager Mirra Andreeva. It was Sabalenka’s second runner-up finish of the season, following her loss in the Australian Open final (where she couldn’t defend her title) against American Madison Keys.

The 3-time Grand Slam champion Sabalenka left her own post on social media after finishing her time at Indian Wells, where she shared a couple of videos and photos of her latest outfit for a photoshoot at the hotel she was staying at. Sabalenka thanked the hotel for the time she spent there and the space she used for the photoshoot.
