Former World No.3 David Nalbandian accused of harassment and stalking after ex-girlfriend discovers hidden live camera

Reports have surfaced that former World No.3 David Nalbandian has been accused of harassment and stalking as per La Nacion against his ex-partner, Araceli Torrado.
This was for installing a hidden camera inside the air vent of their apartment which they resided in during their relationship. In December 2022, Nalbandian ended his 22-year relationship with Victoria Bosch with whom he had two children.
He then got into a relationship with Torrado, who is a model from Rosario in February, however they parted ways in June. They lived together in Palermo, Buenos Aires and during the breakup, she remained living there for a time.
During this time, she discovered a camera installed behind a ventilation unit which was unscrewed by her brother. She filed a harassment case but it was dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
In new developments though, he admitted to installing the camera, but at the same time said he never saw anything as it wasn't working. The lawyer of Torrado has asked for the case to be opened as a result due to these new findings.
