Wait…..what?? Aren’t the players supposed to be thinking on the court? Players can be coached now, isn’t that enough? Maybe after the match, study the AI?
Chris Evert fell fowl to an April Fools Day prank on Saturday in hilarious fashion involving the US Open and Carlos Alcaraz saying afterwards that she is 'so gullible' for believing it.
The US Open account today posted that players would be able to take advantage of AI (artificial intelligence) during their matches at the 2023 tournament. It also included a picture of current champion, Carlos Alcaraz to further it looking real.
"Wait…..what?? Aren’t the players supposed to be thinking on the court? Players can be coached now, isn’t that enough? Maybe after the match, study the AI?," Evert tweeted in seeing this initially.

But after being tweeted multiple times that it was April Fools including Donna Vekic who also fell with it she posted 'I am so gullible'.
Shows that the US Open's thought process regarding the prank worked in this instance.
