World No.10 Naomi Osaka is known for being very reserved in public, as her on-court interviews display her humble yet charming demeanor.
Following her
third round loss to Coco Gauff at the Australian Open, Osaka has only had one match under her belt. The former US Open champion led Japan at the
Fed Cup qualifiers in February, but
lost her only match against team Spain.
Nonetheless, Osaka has remained pretty active on social media. The 22-year old took to Instagram to share a letter she wrote to her future self, and encouraged her numerous fans to do the same.
The contents of Osaka's letter exposed her vulnerability and uncertainty concerning the future. Yet she seemed determined to remain true to herself and her beliefs, regardless of surrounding circumstances.
Philanthropy also seemed to be an objective of hers, as she revealed that she's determined to help as many people as possible, with the aim of making a positive impact in people's lives.
It comes as no surprise that Netflix has decided to
make a documentary about Osaka, as the former World No.1 is the embodiment of talent, grace and compassion in the highly competitive world of tennis.
