World No.34 Jan-Lennard Struff has been given a special permit in order to start training again amid the Coronavirus pandemic which has seen sport effectively stopped.
According to Sueddeutsche Zeitung, Struff has received this special permission from the regional sports association in North Rhine-Westphalia; at the end of last week.
He spoke about it and admitted that while Coronavirus is a problem; he still has to train; as well as that he will be obeying strict social distancing rules at all times whilst doing so.
"I can understand that such exemptions for athletes are viewed critically by the rest of the population in the current situation. But it's also my job. And we have strict requirements."
"That's (playing two or three times) enough. It's the small steps that feel right in these times."
