Serena and Venus Williams among top 11 world's best Vegan athletes

Serena and Venus Williams were both featured recently in the world's 11 most successful vegan athletes which was compiled by Guinness World Records.

Novak Djokovic who also follows the diet was not included surprisingly; despite that the Williams sisters joined the likes of Arnld Schwarzenegger, Lewis Hamilton and Nate Diaz on the list.

Both players are among the most successful in sport with this plant-based diet; with Serena holding the records for most Grand Slam singles titles; as well as the oldest world tennis number one in history; showing the good parts about the diet.

"It definitely changed my whole life. It changed the pace that I live at. It changed everything… there’s something about when you’re eating healthy food, it makes you feel proud”. , Venus said previously in a 2017 interview for Health magazine.
