America’s tennis star Taylor Fritz's girlfriend Morgan
Riddle claimed that she had to buy tea worth $120 in China.
The 26-year-old is currently spending time in the Asian country
where her boyfriend is taking part in the Shanghai Masters.
Riddle posted a story on her official Instagram account
where she claimed that she, along with Sebastian Korda's girlfriend Ivana
Nedved, was scammed as they ended up paying more than $100 USD to buy tea.
Fritz will open his campaign in the mega event against Japan’s
Yosuke Watanuki in the round of 64 on Saturday.
The 25-year-old will be hoping to build on his performance
in the recently concluded US Open where he was knocked out from the
quarterfinal after losing to the current world number one Novak Djokovic with a
score of 6-1, 6-4, 6-4.
Other than qualifying for the last eight in the fourth and
final Grand Slam of the year, Fritz will be largely disappointed with his
overall performance in the mega events in 2023.
