'Worst draw ceremony stream of all time': 2023 Miami Open WTA Draw courts controversy for barely visible coverage on app

As of time of writing, there is still no WTA draw confirmed for the 2023 Miami Open despite it being completed live on Sunday evening in Florida.

This courted controversy with the draw being shown on the TennisOne App, previously used for smaller tournaments and is known as a live score facility.

But being filmed on a phone camera, the electronic board was barely visible as the names were being placed and this drew the ire of tennis fans on social media calling it the 'worst draw ceremony of all time' as seen below.

Other social media accounts called it 'absolutely preposterous' with fans able to tune in live also and turn their microphones on which led to music being played as well as fart noises.

This facility will also be used tomorrow for the Men's Draw at 12:30 ET which organisers will hope won't follow a similar trend.
