2021 WTA Ladies Open Lausanne Draw including Zidansek and Ferro

One of three tournaments taking place between July 12 - July 18 2021 post Wimbledon, Ladies Open Lausanne is set to start on Monday 12 July with the draw released.

Tamara Zidansek is the top seed and begins against Marina Melnikova. Sorana Cirstea, Liudmila Samsonova, Alize Cornet and Sloane Stephens withdrew from the original field.

Meaning that Fiona Ferro and Jil Teichmann follow as second and third seeds. The former faces Harmony Tan in one of the games of the opening round, while Teichmann faces Maryna Zanevska.

Other clashes to watch include Anna Blinkova vs Olga Govortsova with Kristyna Pliskova, Arantxa Rus and Camila Giorgi also in action this week.
