2022 Chennai Open WTA Draw featuring Bouchard, Riske, Fruhvirtova, Linette and Maria

The Chennai Open is the next tournament on the WTA Calendar as action continues post US Open unlike on the ATP side which focuses on the Davis Cup.
A WTA 250 tournament, the field includes the return of Eugenie Bouchard, Alison Riske-Amritraj, Linda Fruhvirtova, Magda Linette and Tatjana Maria.
Previously featuring Elise Mertens and Caroline Garcia, the latter's exploits in the singles at the US Open mean she will not travel meaning a weakened field.
