The WTA returns to clay following
Wimbledon as the tour makes a stop in Switzerland for the
Ladies Open Lausanne event, which runs from July 11-17, 2022.
A WTA 250 event, it features a 32-woman singles draw that will be headlined by Australian Open runner-up
Danielle Collins. Defending champion
Tamara Zidansek will be present, alongside Tokyo Olympic gold medalist
Belinda Bencic.
Joining an already impressive field will be big-hitters
Daria Kasatkina of Russia and Italian Camilla Giorgi, with 2018 champion Alize Cornet also among the participants.
