2022 San Diego Open WTA Draw including Swiatek, Badosa, Fernandez, Sabalenka and Andreescu

The 2022 WTA event in San Diego will run from October 10th to October 16th with Iga Swiatek leading the field.

The Polish player will continue playing tennis for a second week in a row after playing in Ostrava and it's because the event is a WTA 500 event. It attracted a really strong field as players get ready for the final stretch of the year.

She has a first-round BYE but in round two she will either face Rybakina or Muguruza. That's how great this event is. Paula Badosa is the second seed and she might face either Alison Riske or a qualifier in round two. Some other great clashes include Garcia - Collins, Kudermetova - Stephens, Fernandez - Kasatkina and more.

Bianca Andreescu will face Haddad Maia in round one and if she wins it's Coco Gauff or a qualifier. Jessica Pegula has a BYE but she will face an American in round two. Either it will be Vandeweghe or Sofia Kenin. Check out the amazing draw below.
