2023 Madrid Open Day Two Schedule: WTA action begins including Kenin, Fruhvirtova and Kontaveit

The second day of the Madrid Open will see the WTA action begin with some solid tennis players like Sofia Kenin, Linda Fruhvirtova and Anett Kontaveit on the courts.

The second day of the Madrid Open finally brings us main draw action as Sofia Kenin is out on the courts.

The American will take on Maryna Zanevska who plays her best tennis on clay. Linda Fruhvirtova will also be on the courts tomorrow and she will play Katie Volynets.

Anett Kontaveit is also on the courts as she continues her comeback following a long absence due to an injury.

She will play Karolina Muchova which is a very tough round one.

Generally play will start at 10:00 local time which is rather early for tennis. Some other interesting matchups include Marino against Australian Open breakout player Lin Zhu and Kaia Kanepi against Shelby Rogers. Two experienced veterans. Check out the full schedule below.
