2023 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix Day Eight Schedule and Preview featuring Swiatek-Jabeur and Sabalenka-Potapova

It is semi-finals day at the 2023 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart with four players left in the running for the title on Day Eight (Saturday).

Iga Swiatek is one who will face Ons Jabeur. It is the tale of two matches in their Quarter-Finals as Swiatek faced Karolina Pliskova who she has a superb record against but lost the opening set.

Despite not being at her best, she breezed through the next two to seal her spot in the latter stages. While for Jabeur, she embodied Swiatek scoreline wise.

She eased past Beatriz Haddad-Maia 6-3, 6-0 and will hope to stake her claim as one of the main players to watch going into Roland Garros.

It is currently 3-2 to Swiatek in terms of head to head albeit only one of those was on clay being in Rome last year which was a comprehensive 6-2, 6-2 win for Swiatek. Will that follow the same trend.

While Aryna Sabalenka is the main seed in the other side of the draw. She saw off close friend Paula Badosa in her Quarter-Final.

Next is Anastasia Potapova who continues getting better and better and likely will be heading towards the ATP top 10 sooner rather than later. Currently World No.25, she saw off WTA Finals winner, Caroline Garcia for her spot.

There is no head to head as this is their first ever meeting so intrigue as ever.
