With only a handful events left on the WTA tour this season, the 2023 Transylvania Open will give fans one last opportunity to witness their favorite players in action.
A WTA 250 event, the Transylvania Open will run from October 16-22, 2023. The event was voted as the best WTA 250 tournament in 2022 by the players, therefore it comes as no surprise that several of last year's competitors will be returning for the 2023 edition.
Although Emma Raducanu is out of action due to injury, there will be no shortage of players from the Romanian contingent as Sorana Cirstea, Patricia Maria Tig and Ana Bogdan will be there to thrill the home fans. Donna Vekic, Alycia Parks and Karolina Pliskova are also set to compete.
