Alexandrova defeats Rybakina to lift the trophy at Shenzhen Open

Alexandrova seems to be unstoppable at the moment. She has ended her 2019 season by winning the title at the Limoges Open and a few weeks later, she opened 2020 with the victory in Shenzhen.

During the tournament, Alexandrova defeated Siniakova, Peng, Wang, and Garbine Muguruza. In the final, she faced Elena Rybakina who also had a good tournament.
