Andreescu and Putintseva honor bet after Abu Dhabi as they go on dinner date with the winner paying

Before the Abu Dhabi Open tournament Bianca Andreescu and Yulia Putinseva played an exhibition, and the Canadian challenged the Kazakh to pay for a dinner.

Former Us Open champion posted on her Instagram story to bet Putintseva with a dinner for the player who won the match. The Kazakh defeated Andreescu and she had to pay for dinner in Dubai, which both tennis players shared on Instagram:

"The match was not a success but the dinner was," Andreescu wrote.

"And they went for dinner," the Kazakh wrote along with a photo of the two of them that night.

Both players await their debut in the Dubai tournament next Monday, February 20. Andreescu will have a difficult debut against 9th seed Elena Rybakina. In the case of the 26-year-old player, she will have to face the Croatian Petra Martic, finalist last week in the Upper Austria Ladies Linz.
