Chris Evert has served as a mentor to Alja Tomljanovic for a long time and the Australian posted a photo from their recent meet-up as Tomljanovic continues to nurse a knee injury.

Tomljanovic is not playing right now due to an injury keeping her away from the courts but she took the opportunity to catch up with her mentor Evert. She posted a picture of the meeting on social media putting highlight on their 17-year-old relationship. Evert first met Tomljanovic as a youngster and since then served as a mentor for her.
