Day 3: Schedule of play at the Open de Limoges

During the previous 2 days, players were competing for their spot in the 2nd round. The home spectators can be happy when 3 out of the 4 players from France advanced. Today, they can see the most interesting match of all of the first round matches.

Pauline Parmentier will take on the 2nd seeded Caroline Garcia. The higher-seeded French player defeated Parmentier twice in 2016 but they did not meet on the courts since. Also 1st seeded Alexandrova will kick-off her Limoges campaign against Niculescu.

During the Wednesday we will see also some round of 16 matches. In a battle for the spot in the quarterfinals, home fans will be cheering for Alizé Cornet and the qualifier Jessika Ponchet.
