Draw released for Guangzhou Open 2019

Previous winners include Qiang Wang who is back to defend her title and is number two seed. First up is fellow Chinese ace Shuai Peng.

Number one seed is Elina Svitolina who begins her campaign against Rebecca Peterson. Other players include Sofia Kenin who faces Laura Siegemund, Katerina Siniakova and Andrea Petkovic.

As well as wildcards including Svetlana Kuznetsova and Sam Stosur in a hard tournament to call going into it.
