Elena Rybakina has sealed Kazakhstan's win over Poland in the
Billie Jean King Cup by beating
Magda Linette 6-4 6-2 to make it 3-0 for her country.
Rybakina finished what she started yesterday adding another point to Kazakhstan's tally which puts them up 3-0, more than enough to win the tie. She played another really solid match serving really well in the first set which allowed her to finish off points quickly. She had 9 winners overall along with 3 aces dropping only a handful of points on the first set.
Rybakina played well in the second set as well getting the win 6-2 after Linette struggled to keep up. She tried to be aggressive more but couldn't control the ball as well as Rybakina posted 11 unforced errors, five more than she had winners (5). Overall a very solid outing for Rybakina who will look to carry this good start on clay onto the rest of the season.
