Elina Svitolina announces comeback plans after signing to Kosmos Management

Elina Svitolina has announced an 'exciting new beginning' after signing with Kosmos Management founded by Gerard Pique with her 2023 comeback on the horizon.

Svitolina gave birth to her first child with husband and fellow tennis star Gael Monfils named Skai in 2022 and has recently teased alongside her husband getting back on the court.

In the statement, it says she is looking to make her return to tennis in 2023 after giving birth and will work with John Morris from Kosmos as she looks to make her next step in her career as a 'mother, a world class athlete and a recognised global humanitarian'.

There is no timeline yet on when Svitolina will return but likely post Australian Open with the opportunity to use her protected ranking going into Indian Wells.
