The Odesa-born has an impressive record while playing at the highest level where she has won 17 WTA titles.
However, despite that, she has not been able to win a Grand Slam in her career, something she would like to change in the near future.
Svitolina has had an impressive outing in the major tournaments in 2023 where she took part in three tournaments and managed to qualify for the quarterfinal or beyond in two of them.
The highlight of Svitolina’s performance this year was at Wimbledon where she managed to qualify for the semifinal.
However, she ended up losing to the Czech Republic’s tennis star Marketa Vondrousova in straight sets with a score of 6-3, 6-3.
