Emma Raducanu looking at Esteban Carril as potential coach

Many tennis legends were impressed by what they saw from Raducanu in Flushing Meadows and some of them even proclaimed the young teenager the next best thing in tennis. While Raducanu has to justify those claims her achievement and poise at such a young age shows that there is a huge amount of talent in there waiting to be unleashed.

Her next coach will have the task of doing just that which makes this coaching search one many follow closely. Several reports have already been leaked by various 'sources' and the latest one is claiming that Raducanu is potentially looking at Estab Carril as an option. The Spanis former player built up a respectable resume as a coach as he has been closely working with the LTA (the governing body of British tennis) for several years.

He previously worked with Johanna Konta taking the British player from outside of the top 100 to inside the top 10 before surprisingly splitting in 10. He most recently worked with Katie Swan for LTA as well as other LTA academies. Whether Carril ends up being the coach of Raducanu remains to be seen but his name has been thrown into the mix.
