Emma Raducanu teases fans with switch to one-handed backhand

Following her stunning win at the 2021 US Open, Emma Raducanu took some time off to celebrate but has since returned to the practice courts in preparation for her next event.

The British teenager captivated the tennis world with her elegant strokes and determined spirit, but seems to be making some key adjustments. Raducanu took to social media during one of her practice sessions and indicated she may be changing one of her groundstrokes.

"During my time off I decided to make the switch to a one-hander...hope you understand ;)" posted the 18-year old alongside a photo of her hitting a one-handed backhand during training.

Although this is likely a joke, it still drew a lot of responses from fans around the world, with many imploring her to stick to a two-hander, although the majority seemed to understand she was just having fun with her fans.
