Entry List Bad Homburg Open 2025 including Jessica Pegula, Jasmine Paolini, Iga Swiatek and Mirra Andreeva

The Bad Homburg Open is due to take place between June 22-28, 2025 with as ever a quality Entry List set to take centre stage in Germany. This includes Jessica Pegula, Iga Swiatek, Mirra Andreeva and Jasmine Paolini.

A tournament which was incepted in 2021, it started as a WTA 250 tournament but has since grown to be a pivotal stop on the last week before Wimbledon. It is now a WTA 500 and the draw has got a field to match.

Iga Swiatek is scheduled to start her grass court season at the event, she joins Pegula, Paolini, Andreeva as the leading lights alongside fellow top 10 stars Emma Navarro and Paula Badosa.

Diana Shnaider who is defending champion will also return aiming to defend her crown. She won her first grass title in the event last year. A run which saw her win a title on every surface. 19 out of top 30 players comprise the main draw entries. Eva Lys has also been added as a wildcard early on and no doubt one or two other top German names will be added in time.

Angelique Kerber also is sporting director at the event so similar to Laura Robson for instance at Queen's, she has managed to attract a superb line-up of top stars. Some of whom also play in Berlin in the weeks prior. Aryna Sabalenka and Coco Gauff who play there are probably the main absentees from this field.
