The 2024
Korea Open will feature some of the top stars of the WTA, as they descend upon the city of Seoul from September 16-22, 2024 for part of the traditional Asian swing.
A WTA 500 event, the Korea Open will feature eight of the world's top 20 players. With it's inaugural edition happening in 2004, the distinguished event has seen a plethora of former World No.1's lift the trophy, including Maria Sharapova, Venus Williams and Caroline Wozniacki.
Pegula returns to defend title
American
Jessica Pegula emerged victorious at last year's event. However, the Canada Open champion will face some serious competition this year, as World No.1
Iga Swiatek and World No.4
Elena Rybakina will be making their debut at the event.
Rising star
Diana Shnaider will also be competing at the Korea Open, and the Russian will be joined by compatriots Daria Kasatkina and Liudmila Samsonova. Ukraine's Marta Kostyuk will also be present, in addition to former champions Ekaterina Alexandrova and Karolina Pliskova. Below is the full list of entrants.
