Former coach of Seles, Ivanovic, Wozniacki, Haas, Sharapova and Andreescu Sven Groeneveld seemingly coaching Czech prodigy Linda Fruhvirtova ahead of Indian Wells

Former player Sven Groeneveld and notable tennis coach was spotted working with 17-year-old Linda Fruhvirtova ahead of the Indian Wells Masters.

Groeneveld turned professional at age 19 but never achieved much success peaking at 826th in the world. He turned his attention to coaching a found plenty of success as he worked with some of the biggest names in the sport. He coaches Seles, Ivanovic, Wozniacki, Haas, Sharapova and most recently Andreescu.

He has now been spotted with Fruhvirtova who is a rising star in the sport. It's unclear whether he was hired by Fruhvirtova or whether this is only a trial. She plays Mayar Sherif in round one later today.
