The groups for the 2020 Virtual Madrid Open have been drawn as the tournament promises a lot of interesting matches.

Both ATP and WTA draws are divided into 4 groups during the Round Robin stage. There are a lot of interesting matches ahead as we will see many Grand Slam champions clash in the same groups including Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, Bianca Andreescu, or Caroline Wozniacki.
Men's Group 1 is probably the most interesting group of all. Nadal will face Monfils, Shapovalov and Murray. In the second group, Thiem will take on Schwartzman, Isner and David Ferrer. The 3rd men's group will see Tsitsipas, Fognini, Nishikori and Tiafoe battle for the spot in the play-offs. And in the 4th group, we will see Zverev, Goffin, Khachanov and Pouille.
Women will have a lot of fun in the group stage as well. Karolina Pliskova will meet Bencic, Ferro and Suarez Navarro in Group 1. In the second group, Svitolina will face Konta, Azarenka and Cirstea. Bianca Andreescu will play against Keys, Mladenovic and Wozniacki in Group 3. And the last group will see Bertens, Kerber, Vekic and Bouchard play against each other.
