Iga Swiatek is showing off her growth in greatness according to Roddick

Iga Swiatek will finish this year as the world number one as her lead is so big that nobody can really catch her.

Many have been stunned by the sudden rise of the Polish player as nobody dominated the sport so easily in the past few years. Ashleigh Barty came fairly close but she retired earlier this year and generally did not play as often as Swiatek does.

With her first hard court grand slam coming recently at the US Open, Andy Roddick is sure she'll only become stronger. He shared his views on Swiatek on Twitter which is his preferred platform when expressing some thoughts.

Roddick wrote:

"Iga Swiatek is showing off her growth in greatness. Conditions/balls she wasn’t a massive fan of, and not having had her best stuff coming into this slam. Still problem solved, and found her best for the final. A dominant year that has been a pleasure to watch. Cheers Iga."

It just truly was an amazing success for her.
