Jabeur cruises to Roland Garros quarter-final

Ons Jabeur didn't have a problem in her 4th round clash with Bernarda Pera beating her 6-3 6-1 booking the Roland Garros (French Open) quarter-final.

Jabeur didn't have as many issues in this as she had in her previous one against Danilovic. She didn't lose a set and controlled the match well with her ability to change the rhythm. Pera is a big hitter and can hit the ball well but she can also miss a lot if she's not feeling comfortable. Jabeur was a terrible matchup for her because she struggled to keep the ball in play, quite literally.

Playing aggressively was commendable but she really didn't do a great job struggling to find any kind of rhythm. Even the serve was pretty bad with 4 double faults and no aces. She had only 13 winners and 33 unforced errors in 16 games of play which is a lot. Jabeur was pretty solid but she too struggled with her serve which was a chance for Pera.

Unfortunately she couldn't keep the ball in play and that was it.
