Kerber becomes a mother for the first time, gives birth to daughter Liana

Angelique Kerber has become a mother a few days ago with her daughter Liana born on February 25th which she announced on social media today.
Kerber has been out of tennis since the summer of last year when she announced her pregnancy. She stayed busy during that time working on other stuff including her book which came out last year. The final few months were spent largely out of the public eye and she's now confirmed that she gave birth to a daughter three days ago.
Kerber announced it on social media posting a photo with a caption that says:
"Welcome to our family, Liana *25.02.2023 ❤️🍼💫 Having you with us is the most beautiful & overwhelming feeling we could have ever imagined."
