💪We had a great time at University of Southern California. Thank you @USC_Athletics and @USCMensTennis for your hospitality and helping me at this last leg of the season. I enjoyed every day of hard work at the campus.
Iga Swiatek emerged as the World No.1 at a young age and one where most women in her age bracket would be at university or studying.
This isn't lost on Swiatek who admitted she wants to go back down that path when she is done and that she misses education.
"I really like to learn, so I'm kind of still used to school, you know? I finished 2 years ago and miss just having some stimulation that way. But on the other hand, I know I can't do much because my priority is tennis & my career so. I'm pretty sure that maybe after I finish, I will go to some university," said Swiatek.
"I'm just curious about the world. And I sometimes have to stop being curious because I need to focus on tennis. And I'm trying to kind of still have that curiosity, maybe not during the matches & tournaments, but when I have time off."
