Women will fight for the participation in the main draw during the fifth day of qualifying, also four players that reached TOP 25 in their carrer are still in play.
Flipkens, Babos, Lepchenko and Peng are the most interesting names in women's qualifying. All of them have already been in the TOP 25 in their career and are therefore hot favorites to get to the main draw.
Flipkens will face Larsson from Sweden with whom she lost twice in three meetings. Peng after defeating American McHale will play with another American Gibbs. The USA has five players in the final of qualifying and will be hoping that at least some will make it to the main draw.
The most interesting battle will surely be the one between Babos and Lepchenko. These players have met four times and all games have been won by Babos.

- Having spent weeks and weeks through the years on tour, I can say with confidence that Conchita was (is) one of the very few who realize the surprising level of maturity (and sometimes lack of) which Mirra seems to have developed in such a demanding adult world of Pro-Tennis. While at the same time reminding herself (Conchita, that is) that Mirra is still young and developing mentally and physically. The general public may forget at times, or not at all realize, these modern era young athletes do not have a 'normal' Youth. It's a major sacrifice, among countless sacrifices, these athletes must make. People who blow-off that fact are ignorant and unfair when they blurt out, "They choose fame so they have to put up with the intrusions on their lives". No, they do not.
