On Wednesday, winners from the first two days will meet in the second round matches. Palermo Ladies Open is bringing interesting matches every day and it won't be different on the third day as we know the full schedule of play.

The action on the center court will be kicked-off by the match between the eight-seeded Ekaterina Alexandrova and Fiona Ferro. The two didn't meet at the WTA Tour yet, however, Ferro is in a great form as she has won all 10 matches she played at the French tournament during the Tour suspension.

After the first match, it will be a great day for Italian fans. First, Jasmine Paolini will play against the qualifier Aliaksandra Sasnovich. Similarly to Ferro, Paolini has won the Italian Championship during the Tour suspension.

Also the Italian legend, Sara Errani will be in action on Wednesday. The 33-years-old 5-time doubles Grand Slam champion will be facing Kristyna Pliskova in her 2nd match in Palermo this year. Another Italian wild-card, Elisabetta Cocciaretto will be facing the sixth-seeded Donna Vekic in the last match of the day.
