The next main WTA tournament begins today in the form of the Qatar Total Open so we take a look at the prize money and points dsitribution.

are all involved and they will be battling it out for $605,000 and 900 points.
The runner-up will claim just over half of that with $304,005 set with 585 points. Semi-finalists continue to get just over half with $151,515 and 350 points.
This goes all the way down to the first round with a solitary point on offer as well as $9,100.
