Elena Rybakina will begin her Wimbledon title defence next week with the World No.3 struggling with illness and gone from being the favourite for the title to a potential first round loser to Shelby Rogers.
But while Rybakina continues to recover from the illness that took her out of Roland Garros, she took time to send a message to a good cause surrounding one of her sponsors.
That being Bank RBK with the cup sponsored by them taking place back home in Almaty being hosted on Friday.
This being for children with mental disabilities and Rybakina took to Instagram to share her pride that her sponsor were involved in such a cause.
"Today the Bank RBK Cup for children with mental disabilities took place in Almaty, and I’m proud of my partners Bank RBK for sponsoring the event. I hope all the participants did their best on the court and had fun while doing it," she said.
Her campaign will begin against the American on Tuesday where she is likely to play first on Centre Court as the defending champion after defeating Ons Jabeur last year.
