The Billie Jean King Cup Finals is due to take place between November 13-20 and TennisUpToDate has all the information you need ahead of the end of season tournament which features WTA stars.
While the WTA season ends weeks prior, players will return for one last tournament representing their country before heading off a lot of the time to go on holiday or some time off before a small close season.
Iga Swiatek leads the way with Danielle Collins, Paula Badosa and Emma Raducanu also involved. Many of the top names have decided against playing including Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula and just recently Karolina Muchova. A big opportunity presents itself as a result.
Canada though still have Leylah Fernandez anchoring them as defending champions with Bianca Andreescu their only miss and Eugenie Bouchard won't return from their winning side last year. It will be held in Malaga starting a week before the Davis Cup Finals.

Prize Money

A total of $9,600,000 is available with the winning country set for a windfall of $2,400,000 which is then distributed among the players involved. "The ITF Advantage All program aims to promote gender equality, and we are pleased to offer equivalent prize money in both the Billie Jean King Cup Finals and the Davis Cup Finals for the third consecutive year," said ITF President David Haggerty.
