(VIDEO): Aryna Sabalenka hilariously drops her 26th birthday cake

World number two Aryna Sabalenka has hilariously dropped her birthday cake in a video recently posted on the social media. The 26-year-old is often regarded as one of the best players currently playing in women’s tennis circuit along with Poland’s Iga Swiatek.

In a video posted on social media platform X — previously known as Twitter — Sabalenka hilariously dropped the cake for her 26th birthday. The Minsk-born has not been going through a good season despite starting brightly in Melbourne, where she lifted the Australian Open for the second time in her career after getting the better of China’s Qinwen Zheng in the final in straight sets with a score of 6-3, 6-2.

After that, Sabalenka was knocked out of the Dubai Open after losing in the round of 32 to Croatia’s Donna Vekic, lost in the round of 16 at Indian Wells to America’s Emma Navarro, suffered a defeat in the round of 32 at the Miami Open to Ukraine’s Anhelina Kalinina and was knocked out of the Stuttgart Open after losing in the quarterfinal to Marketa Vondrousova. The two-time Grand Slam winner’s most recent appearance came in the Madrid Open where she was defeated in the final to Swiatek with a score of 7-5, 4-6, 7-6.
