The Women's draw has been released for the 2019 US Open with Maria Sharapova vs Serena Williams among the first round ties and now we take a look at the points and prize money distribution for the tournament.
In terms of
Prize Money, they claim the exact same as the men. This means that the winner will get $3,850,000, the runner-up $1,900,000 and from there it goes all the way down to the first round where the loser will get $58,000.
Points wise, they will also be getting 2000 points. Finalists will get more than the men at 1300 and for the rest of the distribution as well.
It is 780 and 430 for Semi-Finals and Quarter-Finalists respectively. It goes all the way down to the Last 128 with the loser getting 10 points.
