WTA Calendar 2026 | From Australia to Paris to London and New York: Find out where Aryna Sabalenka, Coco Gauff and Iga Swiatek will play

While the 2025 season ends this week with the WTA Finals, attention will soon turn to the 2026 season with only a short break before the next run of tournaments will begin in 2026. It all begins with a run in Australia with Aryna Sabalenka, Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff leading the sport going into the 2026 calendar.
January will see the five tournaments that make up the WTA Australia/New Zealand swing with the United Cup technically kicking off before the year begins in Perth. But in terms of non team events, the ASB Classic begins albeit not on New Year like it did in 2025. But alongside that event is the Brisbane International, Adelaide International, Hobart International prior to the Australian Open.
The main two being in Brisbane and Adelaide that tend to attract the huge names due to being WTA 500 tournaments. After the Australian Open, we head towards the Middle East with forays in Europe and North/South America.
Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Dubai are the next events on the roll call albeit no such Masters 1000 event yet in regards to Saudi Arabia which will take place in 2028. But there are still the modicum of events in the Middle East to begin the next season. While there are also stops in Mexico and North America with Merida Open and ATX Open returning.
Run towards Roland Garros, Wimbledon and US Open
In March, the action returns to Tennis Paradise for the double header also known as the Sunshine Double at Indian Wells and Miami with the Charleston Open and Bogota also after this. Then into April, we start the road towards the French Open with Linz, Stuttgart, Madrid, Rome and Strasbourg prior to the main event in May.
June sees Wimbledon take place at the end to the start of July with Queen's returning again while other staples including Berlin, 's-Hertogenbosch, Bad Homburg, Nottingham and Eastbourne are also on the calendar. The run towards the US Open sees a visit to Europe in the end point until August before we get Washington, Canada and Cincinnati. Cleveland is the week before the main event as ever alongside Monterrey.
Post US Open, again the action as it is now heads to Asia. Guadalajara opens proceedings the week after the US Open but then Beijing, Wuhan, Ningbo among others are also set for the end of the season before the WTA Finals to complete the feat. The Billie Jean King Cup Finals while not with a set venue on the calendar will revert to November it seems in 2026.
