WTA Rankings Update: No changes in top 10 with Barty still No. 1

After another week of tennis, the new WTA rankings did not bring any changes in the top 10 as Barty is still number one ahead of Osaka and Halep.

There was WTA tennis played last week and despite Barty not playing she was able to hold on to her number one spot. The new rankings did not bring any change at the top nor in the top 10. All players kept their rankings but there were changes further down the rankings.

Coco Gauff won her 2nd career title at the Emilia-Romagna Open and that allowed her to climb up further on the rankings. The American phenom jumped 5 spots to number 25 which is a new career-high for her. Paula Badosa won her first title in Belgrade and she jumped 10 spots to number 34.

Several other players had good weeks as well and moved up on the rankings. Qiang Wang moved up 9 spots to number 39, Sloane Stephens moved up 7 spots to number 58. Maria Camila Osorio Serrano had a great week in Belgrade as well and moved up 17 spots to number 98 debuting in the top 100 for the first time.
